As the light fades away from the surface of Avalon,
Hope evaporates, leaving behind dry tears and blood.

For as long as the journey lasted,
It failed all expectations,
Crushed all my dreams
And left me in a state, where I could see no longer.

The wound deep within my heart,
So deep it could cover my breath,
Scream out aloud beside me
With every whisper I make.

Running away from the sands of time,
Standing by me, my shadow,
Darkness shall bring a loneliness once defined.

With tired eyes I speak,
Addressing the ones to suffer,
I pause as my throat now feels a block,
As I feel a war begin within my heart.

The wound deep within my heart
Hath possessed my fear.
Because with every breath I take,
I’d be screaming out your name
Louder each time.

Dark eyes of yours, they reflect your past
The only rays of the sun falling on the instruments
Attacking your body, this will not go unseen
Parasitic hunger, I shall live on your pain now.

Your lips draw a breath before being torn apart,
Miles from each other; they will never speak together
A muffled shriek lasted forever.

Where was your soul when I screamed out your name?
Where could you have been when the reaper called your name?

There is no escape
No suffering will drain away
No gap for the pain to leak away.

Your voiceless stare only provokes the thought
a million years could’ve brought.

The bloody throat slowly falls apart as I close my eyes
And allow the Crushing Darkness to overcome.

This smile of yours brings up confusion
And throws me back to the day
The silence of my seclusion
Brings light on what you say
I'm counting nocturnal hour
With hope that's bound to leave these scars.

Moving down the empty road
Guide me into death.

There is terror inside
Trapped within unspoken fear
The ghosts are cornered
Creeping onto the criteria
Desolation has led you here
And the path of death shall be yours to take.

Eyes attached to our mutual dream
Together we gaze at the rising sun
Through them cold, mortal winds.

Chant these spells to myself
Circling your wretched portrait
Now your voice seems so achromatic
Tears roll back in, hiding a grin
Your skin is so soft (tender, and yet so dead.)

I seldom look behind
It's the fear that is provoked
Blackened are those dreams
Now I call me dead.

Like the mere autumn leaf there is no more need for me
Every time I come back, around,
Take a full circle, fallen on the grounds.

A helpless thought and a reckless mind,
Walking a path I felt divine
Pausing for winter's break
All my sleep I would forsake.

It had all started with the pain
The vast devastation of helpless lives,
The Cruelty and the Beast.

A blank face in the reflection
Of all evils and of all sins,
The one that's forgiven.

Though darkness, homicidal death,
Your dark eyes rise above the sea of utter despair,
Cripples my defenses from within.
